A Successful Start

New Age Group began as a franchise operation for well-known residential security companies. We had the good fortune to enjoy amazing growth & success.

But There Was a Problem

We worked hard to establish trusted working relationships with every client. But, we had no control over their experience after we did. If they had an issue, they dealt with the franchisor. If they didn’t get the service they expected, we couldn’t help them.

Time to Do Business the Right Way

We realized that just being a marketing company wasn’t fair to our clients. We needed to be more. We needed to be a complete security company; to design, install, integrate and support security solutions for them, and manage their experience throughout the process.
